Uprising Festival 2022

Longevity is everything in the world of heavy metal. As Sabbath, Priest and Maiden have demonstrated over the decades, bands that stay the course, remain true to their principles and keep delivering the bombastic goods will always earn the respect and love of their fans and peers. Following in the footsteps of those epoch-shattering giants was never going to be easy, but one band have undeniably earned the right to be regarded as British metal legends, cut from the same beer-stained cloth as the greats:, it can only be Orange fucking Goblin, baby!

Raging Speedhorn are a British heavy metal band, founded in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Diamond Head are an English heavy metal band formed in 1976 in Stourbridge, England. The band was part of the new wave of British heavy metal movement and is acknowledged by thrash metal bands such as Metallica and Megadeth as an important early influence.

'Set The World On Fire' is an apt title for the latest album from Cornwall's finest, King Creature. Hot on the heels of a UK tour with Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons and a trip around Europe with Doro, the band set about recording the follow up to their acclaimed debut 'Volume One'.

“Formed in 2016, ENFORCED picks up where Sepultura and Cro-Mags left off and infuses their own volatile, hardcore fury into the hardcore/thrash crossover sound of the late '80s. Fronted by a voice that could only belong to that of a madman and unloading nonstop blazing riffs and pummeling breakdowns in every track, the band demolishes everything in their path, leaving a trail of smoldering wreckage and pure decimation anywhere they perform.

ENFORCED's impending “Kill Grid” LP features 9 brand new tracks recorded by the band’s long time engineer and producer, Bob Quirk. The record is being mixed and mastered by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip, Cavalera Conspiracy), who also remixed and remastered the band’s last effort, “At The Walls”. In addition, the legendary Joe Petagno will be producing the cover artwork for “Kill Grid”.

The decimation has yet begun. The 2019 declaration of total war on stage from ENFORCED remains in 2020. ENFORCED is a must-hear for fans of classic crossover/thrash from Sepultura, Demolition Hammer, and Devastation, as well as modern shredders Skeletal Remains, Foreseen, and War Hungry.”

Majestic Black Death metal

Over the course of the last 2 years, Red Method have worked hard to establish themselves as a formidable force on the live circuit. Formed from the ashes of Meta-Stasis, Ted Maul and The Defiled, Red Method unleashed their debut offering upon the world entitled “For The Sick” to rave reviews from the press. Following the world being shut down by Covid 19, Red Method focused their efforts on delivering even more singles and an electronics album entitled “For The Sick – ReWorks”
Post pandemic, Red Method are gearing up to make their return to the live stage with a scheduled appearance at the legendary “Uprising Festival” in Leicester
The band had this to say:
“To say that we are excited to come and play Uprising Festival is an understatement. This will be our first time in Leicester, and we have had our eye on playing this festival for some time now. The stars have finally aligned and we can’t wait to bring it”
Stay tuned for announcements from Red Method – coming soon.
